My expertise lies in crafting digital prototypes and immersive experiences, with a focus on various digital assets such as landing pages, emails, ads, and product illustrations. Collaboration is at the heart of my process. I center my efforts on user-centric design, generating high-fidelity mockups with interactive elements. These prototypes serve as valuable tools for presenting diverse user journeys to stakeholders, ultimately guiding decisions on project direction. I also employ content architecture to ensure that our offerings are not only engaging but also functional across all facets of the company.

In my role, I frequently collaborate with business stakeholders and executive management to elevate our brand, especially in light of recent acquisitions in the healthcare sector. Additionally, I work closely with copywriters and marketers to ensure that the content and design align seamlessly.

I handled digital design and created animations for social ads. I managed and regularly updated the content on our brand websites to enhance the customer experience. My work involved both writing code from scratch and customizing existing website software and graphics to meet our business needs. I was dedicated to implementing UI/UX best practices to enhance the user experience for our members and clients.

I was dedicated to creating both print and digital assets for direct mail, and I also focused on email development and testing, using tools like Maropost and MJML. In addition, I played a key role in generating creative concepts and developing ideas through close collaboration with other creative professionals and stakeholders. This collaborative effort allowed us to produce engaging content across print and digital platforms.

Leading and supporting design projects in benefits communication, such as Total Rewards brands, direct email, print materials and benefits websites. Overseeing projects from their brainstorm to press check stages. Creating cohesive branding experience through color, typography and imagery for print and digital layouts; designing and coding HTML emails; working with writers to organize content to effectively deliver messages. Worked for Fortune 500 Clients including: Mastercard, Amazon, Sodexo, Cisco, Cigna and Michaels.

Worked with different departments (e-commerce, sublimation, marketing) to develop new layout designs for websites, develop ideas for new illustrations, produce content for the e-commerce store and worked on improving the user experience for the portal for students involved in fundraising. Developed e-mail campaigns to send to sponsors, parents, and students as well as ads to promote the fundraiser through social media.Took product photos for most of the 1,500+ products they offer for the fundraiser and edited for new pattern application across different products and catalog showcase to keep consistency and created illustrations and arranged artwork for over 80 designs unique to the company for each season.Editorial Design for catalogs with over 1 million copies distributed, as well as design for printed materials to promote sales. Managed to complete projects with tight deadlines, and create improvements from previous year to increase sales.

Managed different accounts and developed brands/improved them for clients, followed by designing Websites for their brand and promote their products and services through social media. Worked with clients on a daily basis to update content, as well as keeping the company’s visuals up to date to showcase the constant work created.
